Malia, William E. WILLIAM E. MALIA (Palm Harbor, FL) , aged 71, passed away on October 14 , 2014. Bill was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1961 and served in the Army during the Vietnam War from 1965 – 1967. He married his late wife, Barbara, in 1971, and was the owner of National Traffic Signs for over 35 years. He is survived by two sons: Kevin, of Seminole, FL, and his wife Magdalena; and Scott, of Worcester, MA, and his wife Jannatha; his sister, Anne Turner, of Pittsburgh, PA and her husband, Dean; three grandchildren, Alexandria, Emily, and Nathaniel; two nieces, Megan and Shannon; and brother-in-law Martin Bower, Jr. of Old Saybrook, CT. He is predeceased by his parents, Edward and Dorothy; his beloved wife of 39 years, Barbara; and his brother-in-law Robert E. Bower.
