 Schober, Ed. Ed Schober passed away on March 12, 2014. R.I.P. Classmate Larry Pongonis remembers Ed this way: 'Ed was best man at my  wedding, January, 1966.  After earning  a PhD in American History Ed changed course and had a lengthy career in institutional fundraising and development.  He retired to Dayton, OH where we would occasionally get together for lunch, intermittently with Jim Heft.'
